Description

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the provisioning of all material for heavy maintenance events. They will ensure all pre-draw requirements are fulfilled and available on site prior to the scheduled event. They will monitor the material requirements during the event and process any material left over post event. This position will provision and monitor tooling for heavy maintenance requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Heavy check and modification material provisioning.
* Engineering Authorization (EA) material core review requirements.
* Vendor parts solicitation review.
* Heavy check expendable inventory parts review.
* Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIREMENTS:
* High school graduate or equivalent
* Two years, aircraft technical experience.
* Working knowledge and experience with computerized maintenance management systems
* Working knowledge of aircraft IPC's, Engineering orders, service bulletins and related technical publications.
* Ability to work flexible work hours and independently with strong organizational, communication, problem solving skills and ability to work under stress.
* Ability to work with little or no supervision.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
* Airframe and Power plant license
* Inventory, planning and control experience
* Maintenix experience
