Job SummaryThe faculty development specialist will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of faculty development programs for graduate medical education. The faculty development specialist will research, develop, and present creative learning solutions for the medical education stakeholders and faculty, maximizing the impact of all learning investments through the strategic utilization of content, technology, and development methodologies. Supports comprehensive programs to engage career-long development of faculty in the areas of teaching, learning, and assessing learners' performance, as well as to promote qualitative research and scholarly activities.
