Fresh and Ready Food Group, a division of Compass Group North America, has a Regional Sales Director position available in the West. This position focuses exclusively on new business development in the West (California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Arizona). You will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities, identifying, qualifying, and closing new business. You will also play a key role in growing existing accounts in the region. Working with the Fresh and Ready Food Group means joining a fun, kindhearted, passionate team that collaborates to achieve sales goals. We offer a positive work environment and outstanding growth potential. Candidates with prior food and/or consumer packaged goods experience are preferred, especially within the Convenience Store or Breakroom Refreshment segments. Responsibilities:
