Java Developer

12+ month contract (W2 ONLY - NO C-C)

Plano, TX (Onsite)

We are looking for experienced software developers with a robust background in Java and the Spring Framework. Proficiency in relational databases is essential, along with AWS cloud experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain Java applications (Full SDLC)
  • Write well-designed, testable and efficient code
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the best practices for software development
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies



Requirements
  • Java - 7+ years (Backend Development)
  • Spring Framework - 5+ years
  • Cloud experience - 2+ years AWS preferred
  • Experience designing and building event based microservices and working with relational databases

  • Experience building and deploying cloud native apps - preferably AWS.
  • Experience with Domain Driven Design
  • Strong design pattern fundamentals
  • Experience working with SQL as well as NoSQL dbs



Estimated Min Rate: $70
Estimated Max Rate: $75
