The Supervisor Regulatory role will consist of ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance from well authorization through the oil/gas well production cycle. This will include filing appropriate permits and documentation with regulatory agencies. Additionally, the Supervisor Regulatory role will require mentoring of regulatory staff members daily activities. Job Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Responsible for various regulatory compliance programs, including Acquisitions, Divestitures,Pipelines, Underground Injection Control, Flaring, Surface Commingling, Operator Renewals, WellIntegrityTests,PluggingReports, andAnnualWellTestReports. Oversee, maintain, and train staff on completion and filing of P-17/P-17As, H-15s, W-3s, H-9s, G-10sandW-10s. Acquire any drilling permits, UIC, T-4s, P-17s, H-9s (H2S Permits), P-6s (Subdivision of acreage) orany otherdocumentationthat may beneededintheclosing,selling,or leasingofacreage. Work with internal departments and divesting operators/companies to ensure accuracy of welllist,leases,P-4s, andeffectivedates. Maintain, renew, and file all Diamondback operator licenses and any entity that falls within ourcompany for theStateof Texas. Facilitate future SWD development areas. Required Qualifications: Eight(8+)yearsofexperience withinaRegulatoryAnalystroleorhigher Eight(8+)yearsofexperience withanoilandgascompany Musthave a workingknowledgeofdrilling,completions,land,andgeneraloperations Three (3+) years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor'sDegree Priorexperiencesupervisingateam ExperiencewithinPermianBasinispreferred Familiar with oilfield terminology and operations Work Authorization: Diamondback Energy is not currently sponsoring employment visas for this position.
