How you'll make an impact:

SiriusXM is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Senior Manager, Subscriber Engagement to develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs that drive subscriber engagement, product adoption, and revenue optimization. This role will focus on designing and executing campaigns that maximize customer value. Leveraging Salesforce and other martech platforms, the ideal candidate will build personalized customer journeys that enhance engagement and improve revenue streams from our subscriber base.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and Execute Lifecycle Campaigns: Manage personalized, multi-channel campaigns (email, mobile, in-app, etc.) that drive engagement, product adoption, and revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and right-sizing strategies.
  • Leverage Marketing Technology: Build, monitor, and optimize automated CRM journeys using Salesforce and other marketing automation tools.
  • Analyze & Optimize Performance: Use data-driven insights to measure success, refine segmentation strategies, and implement A/B testing to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing Ops, Data Analytics, Product, and other teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Own Project Timelines & Execution: Oversee campaign timelines, creative briefs, and testing plans to deliver high-quality, on-time marketing initiatives.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: 7+ years in CRM, retention marketing, or marketing operations, preferably in a subscription-based or consumer tech environment, with hands-on experience in Salesforce and journey automation.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to analyze performance data, conduct testing, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing strategic execution with detail-oriented planning.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and strategies for maximizing subscriber value.
  • Must have legal right to work In the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $101,500 to $133,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
