This position is for a professional Technical Writer with experience in creating user guides, release notes and other documentation associated with software releases. Additionally, the Technical Writer may also be tasked with the development (or assisting in the development) of online learning content for customer usage. On an ongoing basis, you will work with internal stakeholders and SMEs to create accurate, engaging, and easy-to-use customer-facing User Guides, Release Notes, and other learning content to be hosted on our Learning Management System (LMS). Successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
