Job Title: Dispatcher Job Type: Full-time, In-person About Us: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our Transport division. Our team values efficiency, reliability, and excellent customer service. Job Description: The Dispatcher will be responsible for a variety of clerical and data entry tasks, with some dispatching duties. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively, maintain a courteous demeanor on the phone, and demonstrate reliability in attendance. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry and clerical tasks accurately and efficiently. Assist with dispatching duties as needed. Handle phone calls courteously and professionally. Utilize Microsoft Office for various tasks. Send and manage information as required. Enter information into our cloud-based trucking software (training will be provided). Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong multitasking abilities. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and procedures. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
