Job Description: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting sales by providing customer care and sales support. This involves providing solutions to drive sales growth, as well as effectively managing internal activities and external customers' expectations to ensure superior customer service. They will be heavily working in Salesforce and SAP.
* Provide customer care and sales support to drive sales growth. * Manage internal activities and external customers' expectations. * Work extensively in Salesforce and SAP to ensure accurate data entry and customer relationship management. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. * Collaborate with sales teams to support their efforts and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Experience with SAP or ERP systems. * Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms. * Strong data entry skills. * Excellent customer service abilities. Work Environment: * Training onsite for 2-4 weeks. * Hybrid work schedule: Onsite Mon/Tues/Thurs, Remote Wed/Fri. * Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
