General Description

Under general supervision and following existing policies and procedures including all applicable banking laws and regulations, including BSA and AML, incumbents will obtain a meaningful work experience related to their degree and educational pursuits about the operations of several pre-determined areas within the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Responsible for performing assigned duties throughout various assigned departments. Must become familiar with the operations and procedures in each assigned area. (80% - E)
2. Other duties as assigned or required. (20% - E)

Required Knowledge and Skills

Must possess the knowledge and analytical skills necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. Must have excellent 10-key, math and computer skills (especially word processing and spreadsheets). Must possess a high degree of interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written. Must be pursuing a college degree in Accounting, Finance, Business and/or other industry related degree. A valid motor vehicle license and/or the ability to travel to banking center locations is required.
