Title: Data Scientist

Richardson Texas, 75081 (In person Tues/Thurs)

Duration: 6 Months (Potential to convert to FTE)


Resource's typical working day:

70% Project based

30% Ad hoc Tasks

  • Years of Experience needed: 2 - 3 years specific experience
  • Level of Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Systems/Software proficiencies: Python, R, SQl, LangChain
  • Top Must have Skills: Generative AI experience, LLM experience
  • Top Nice to have Skills: Azure


Interview Process:

1st round virtual (20-30 mins)

2nd round in-person, Technical Interview, candidate will be expected to speak to their specific experience (75 mins)

Experience and Education:

* Must have anywhere between 2-3 years of impactful experience in creating Data-driven products and productionizing ML models, while being mindful of Data pipelines. Recent graduates can also be considered provided them demonstrate a strong understanding of Learning Algorithms and Models

* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in disciplines such as Mathematics (Pure/ Applied), Statistics, Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Systems or any other Scientific discipline - along with relevant experience. Or a Masters/ PhD with lesser, but applicable, experience is ideal

TECHNICAL & OTHER SKILLS

* Dependable hands-on skills in sourcing, cleaning, manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data optimally

* Must have an intuitive understanding of algorithms underpinning various statistical and machine learning models from regression, classification, clustering to optimization and decision theory

* Demonstrable experience in Supervised and Unsupervised learning - from Regression, Forecasting, Classification, to NLP, Decision and Search Algorithms

*. Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain and Semantic Kernel will be a great plus
