Overview The Global Compensation Supervisor will effectively lead and oversee a team of compensation professionals. This role plays a critical part in managing and enhancing global compensation programs to attract, retain, and reward top talent. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in compensation practices with strong leadership and collaboration skills to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and market competitiveness. Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Task Management
* Supervise, coach, and assist in developing a team of compensation professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. * Assign and prioritize tasks to ensure the timely and accurate completion of compensation projects and initiatives, while monitoring progress against established resolution metrics to ensure accountability and success * Supervise and oversee the day-to-day work and responsibilities of the team, ensuring tasks are assigned and prioritized to support timely and accurate completion of compensation projects and initiatives. Qualifications Education * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Required) Experience * 5+ years of experience in compensation management (Required) and * 2+ years in a team lead, supervisory or leadership role within compensation (Required) and * 1+ years of experience in global compensation management (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * In-depth understanding of global compensation principles, market trends, practices, and regulations. High * Familiarity with market analysis tools, salary surveys, and benchmarking methodologies. High * Awareness of organizational structures and how compensation strategies align with business objectives. High * Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of compensation professionals. High * Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to effectively present recommendations, collaborate with stakeholders, influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. High * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. High * Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Medium * Knowledge of compliance requirements across multiple regions, including labor laws and tax implications. Medium * Expertise in HRIS systems, compensation software, and advanced Excel skills.
