Position Summary
This incumbent is being hired to develop and execute a virtual, regulatory-compliant Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA) skills evaluation program. The person filling this role will interact with leadership at the Department of Community Health, Alliant Health Solutions, Credentia, long-term care facilities, and IDM. The successful applicant must be a licensed nurse with a history of working with CNAs and regulatory bodies governing CNAs.

Duties/Responsibilities
Train clinical evaluators to conduct skills evaluations, develop a reporting mechanism for regulatory services following the nurse aide students' completion of skill evaluations, and coordinate virtual and in-person evaluations with long-term care facilities.

Identify, develop, and implement regulatory-compliant virtual & in-person skill evaluations to increase the number of certification offerings for nurse aide students in Georgia.

Develop a checklist to provide to long-term care facilities of needs and responsibilities during evaluations, provide a video outline of the virtual evaluation process, and identify the mechanism of selecting the skill sets nurse aides must demonstrate during the evaluation.
