Your responsibilities Job Summary Provide a conduit between sales personnel and warehouse supervision. Assist customers, both internal and external, with various concerns. Provide administrative support to warehouse production and distribution functions. Maintain hard copy and electronic files regarding production, shipping and material certifications. Onsite Opportunity Shift: Day Shift Location: Smithsfield, RI Salary: $37K - $50K + Signon Bonus $1,000.00!! What You'll Do Coordinate warehouse, sales, and purchasing operations to ensure smooth processes. Schedule transportation & communicate with truck drivers for timely shipments. Manage work orders, draft correspondence, and create ad hoc reports. Plan and execute events for the Smithfield location. Order and manage supplies for the entire building. Handle high-volume communication and customer interactions. Maintain a safety-first mindset while working around warehouse operations. Work in a fast-paced environment, and must have amazing communications skills (oral and written) Must have MS Office Experience - tech Savvy and ready to learn mindset Required to wear PPE onsite NO-REMOTE role 3+ years of warehouse/administrative experience Associates Degree or above Understand the importance of prioritization What You Bring High school diploma (or equivalent) + 3 years of planning/scheduling experience in manufacturing or production. Strong knowledge of MASS & Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational & communication skills with a proactive mindset. Physically able to stand, bend, lift up to 40 lbs when needed.
