Exceptional, small office environment is searching for an experienced Administrative Coordinator/Assistant Bookkeeper to join their team.

This unique opportunity offers a very cohesive and positive work environment! Salary range $55,000 - $57,000 with an exceptional benefits and retirement package!

We are searching for candidates with incredibly strong work ethics, someone who is extremely dependable, has a friendly personality, and a highly professional demeanor.

Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, be extremely organized, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be detail oriented.

Being very career focused and looking for longevity in their next position is a must!

This fantastic opportunity will be responsible for a wide variety of responsibilities including -



  • Draft and edit administrative correspondence, and maintain electronic and physical files
  • Prepare Excel and other financial related reports
  • Assist in preparing bills, record and post payments, issue checks, daily deposits, and with payroll if needed
  • Schedule meetings and conferences, and coordinate events
  • Answering incoming calls and greet clients and vendors
  • Montor and maintain supplies and office equipment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors
  • Special projects as assigned


Proven experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Document Management Systems and QuickBooks a definite plus!
