Position overview

CWT is seeking for a Sr. Product Experience Manager


Product Experience Manager serves as a subject matter expert across CWT's product and services portfolio, leading activities related to competitively positioning and demoing those offerings. This role is responsible for collaborating closely with sales and customer management teams in support of articulating and bringing to life CWT value propositions, ultimately helping win new sales, improve client retention and increase product and service revenues.

To be successful, this individual must be able to present and demo CWT's client facing products and services with clients and prospects with a particular focus on positioning CWT's differentiators and value propositions; confidently represent CWT's strategic position on technology trends at industry events and other client facing environments; capable to understand client needs and translate these into opportunities.

The role requires a person that has ability to drive collaboration and buy-in from senior level stakeholders, strong presentation skills and gravitas in front of senior buyers, and the ability to problem solve 'outside the box'. This is a highly visible role in the organization and plays a critical part in successfully demonstrating CWT's value to our most significant clients and prospects.

Position Description



  • CWT's product & services value proposition, positioning and demo activity


o Bring CWT product & services propositions to life to better solve customer business challenges which support Sales and Customer Management teams increase sales, improved client retention and higher client yield

o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations across CWT's product portfolio and 3rd party partner offerings showcasing a seamless end to end user experience

o Ability to support sales and client execs when determining customer pain points and decision triggers through high-gain questioning of prospects/clients

o Remain agile throughout client facing positioning work to adjust recommended product and service strategy according to additional client discovery



  • Collaborate with CWT product owners and technical teams to ensure availability of best-in-class demonstration sites which bring to life an integrated and seamless user experience
  • Help prepare CWT sales and customer management teams to effectively communicate and best position the value of CWT's product propositions


o Develop self-service tools and resources which can be used by customer management and sales teams to conduct product discussions and demonstrations

o Deliver product education sessions to customer management and sales teams as required



  • Maintain a deep level of CWT product expertise and act as a subject matter expert


o Connect regularly with CWT product leads, technical teams and with partners to ensure continual and deep understanding of product capabilities

o Product expertise should be maintained in each of the following aspects: technical capabilities and limitations, strategic purpose, competitive landscape and client value proposition

o Regularly self-assess and continue to build product knowledge as needed primarily through direct research, training material review and conversations with subject matter experts

o Scan the market for new technology and/or industry developments that will impact client/prospect challenges and assess how CWT technology solutions are positioned to respond. Be able to intelligently discuss and present trends and CWT response to these trends.



  • Undertake other duties or tasks, which may be assigned on as-needed basis
  • Ability and willingness to travel for client facing meetings is essential

Languages:



  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Ability to work successfully within a multicultural environment


Presentation skills:

Exceptional presentation skills with ability to be consultative and articulate technical information in a business-related manner. Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations.

IT Skills:



  • Expert in Microsoft Office
  • Presentation software such as PPT, Prezi
  • Virtual Meetings tools

Experience:



  • Significant client facing experience is a must
  • Account management a plus
  • Experience working with buyers in purchasing or travel desired
  • Business acumen; ability to pair solutions, value propositions, and presentation approaches with client challenges/needs and styles;
  • Travel industry experience a plus;
  • Willing to travel 60% of time
