TheLead Meteorologist will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to assists in providing short-term and occasional longer-term weather forecasting with a focus on communicating impacts from weather on enterprise-wide operations and systems. The incumbent will be a subject matter expert for meteorology and weather forecasting with demonstrated experience providing situational awareness to natural hazard threats and their forecasted impact to the company's operations and infrastructure. With the manager of meteorology, this position will monitor weather hazard conditions across 6 states including but not limited to wildfire risks, extreme heat and cold, geomagnetic disturbances, severe and inclement weather, and tropical storms. Will also assist on various projects intended to improve the company's situational awareness around weather and improve forecasting. Essential Functions
