Who We Are: Role Overview: Key Responsibilities: * Coach, mentor, and develop Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Planning, and Production Testing teams. * Engage with production site leaders and key business stakeholders to drive initiatives that support current and future business needs. * Foster collaborative relationships across global manufacturing facilities by partnering with international design teams, external manufacturing partners, and suppliers to design for manufacturing. * Design and implementation of manufacturing and testing strategies that align with product and customer needs. * Spearhead the creation of advanced manufacturing roadmaps, test strategies, and automation processes. What You Will Need: Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience managing manufacturing engineering and technical teams. * Demonstrated knowledge within injection molding, stamping/plating, or PCB Assembly manufacturing processes. * Ability to travel up to 20%, including international travel outside North America. * Knowledge of RF/microwave test equipment and Electrical/Electronic systems.
o Experience in automotive advanced manufacturing development and design. o Expertise of PCB Assembly and Test applications. o Familiarity with automation soldering, robotics, PLC processes.
