Engineering Manager (PE) Job Summary: Hillpointe is a vertically integrated multi-family development designer and builder, with in-house engineering and construction teams that manage developments through the complete project life cycle (from initial site assessment to final construction completion). As part of the Hillpointe model, the Engineering Manager is responsible for leading multiple design teams in the design and production of construction plans, technical calculations, reports, and permitting for Hillpointe, LLC's multi-family development projects that occur in Georgia, Florida, and the Southeast. This position is a unique opportunity to be a part of an "In-House" Engineering Department for a southeastern regional development firm.
