SAP Process Analyst - Labeling/Regulatory - Manufacturing & Quality

Travel Requirement: 25% (US and Europe)

Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000

Join our Corporate IT team as an SAP Process Analyst specializing in Labeling and Regulatory systems within our Manufacturing & Quality department! This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home or on-site, with some travel required to Sun Chemical locations in Europe and globally. Reporting to the Global Lead - Manufacturing & Quality, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our SAP Regulatory & Label Printing systems.

What you will do:

• Provide solutions to stakeholders and project teams by analyzing requirements and translating them into effective system enhancements and support.
• Manage the design, configuration, and logic of Label Print Interface applications and Label Development.
• Troubleshoot label printing issues, working with sites and vendors to resolve configuration or hardware problems.
• Collaborate with Procurement on label media and development.
• Ensure global design meets business unit and regional needs, adhering to marketing standards.
• Define and improve key processes related to Label & Regulatory IT.
• Develop regulatory reports and ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
• Contribute to cost savings and continuous process improvements.
• Proactively communicate system changes and updates.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in label printing or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting, logical thinking, programming, and scripting skills.
• Proven project management abilities to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership skills including initiative, cross-cultural awareness, and relationship management.
• Solid understanding of Sun Chemical's business and processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and travel as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of thermal printers.
• SAP knowledge.
