Shipping Associate - Chandler, AZ

The Shipping Associate is responsible for coordinating all shipments shipping via LTL, UPS, Fed-EX, DHL, Air Freight, and Hot Shot.

Some of the exciting things you will do in this role...

• Entering Bill of Ladings on TMS system
• Entering UPS shipments on UPS Worldship and creating labels for shipments
• Entering Fed Ex shipments on Fed Ex Shipping system and creating labels for shipments
• Create PMI reports using data captured on PMI gun
• Logging PMI data into spreadsheets
• Logging PMI calibration daily
• Calling and scheduling pickups with preferred carriers
• Cross training on Senior Order Processing Associate procedures to function as backup when needed
• Emailing tracking information as per requested by customers
• Coordinating with customer requested logistics companies to ensure outbound freight is picked up in a timely manner
• Attention to detail
• Applying UPS and Fed Ex labels to outbound shipments
• Verify shipping addresses on outbound shipments

A must...

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years computer experience required
• Microsoft Excel and Word experience required
