Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs daily inventory counts and makes necessary adjustments.
- Manages all inventory counts, researches differences, and makes necessary adjustments.
- Reviews and reconciles monthly breakage inventory.
- Reconciles out of stock and availability information reports.
- Reconciles returns from Delivery Drivers each morning and prepares restocking for Warehouse.
- Performs daily reconciliation for customer invoices.
- Reconciles invoices daily, issues credit, completes credit research, and reconciles breakage.
- Processes products returns to Suppliers.
- Assign inventory locations.
- Receives inventory daily.
- Checks accuracy of Bill of Lading (BOL) and incoming Purchase Orders (PO).
- Works with Purchasing Department to revise incoming PO's.
- Processes BIN adjustments.
- Posts PO to SAP system.
- Maintains 9999 Vintage Lists.
- Creates put away documents.
- Assists with computer, network, and server issues as needed.
- Processes will call orders from Sales Representatives.
- Assists in Direct Import receiving.
- Answers telephones as needed for back up.
- Operates Power Industrial Trucks in a safe manner.
- Follows facility safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain work area so that it is neat and clean.
Education and/or Experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have elementary knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, and Microsoft Word Processing software; SAP; Microsoft Outlook.
