Job Title: Associate Scientist (Stability) - Contract Role

1st Shift

Job Summary:

The Associate Scientist will be responsible for performing analytical testing of siRNA drug substances, drug products, intermediates, and critical raw materials using various analytical techniques, including UV spectrophotometry, osmometry, water content titration, and other chemistry instruments. This role will also support data collection and archival, assist in the preparation of technical reports and regulatory filings, and ensure the continuous supply and life-cycle management of stability programs both internally and at contract manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Perform routine stability testing, including in-use, forced degradation, photostability, excursion management, compatibility, and ASAP studies.

  
  
• 
  

  Prepare and execute stability study plans in collaboration with stakeholders.

  
  
• 
  

  Contribute analytical data to stability sections of regulatory submissions.

  
  
• 
  

  Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines in all laboratory activities.

  
  

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related discipline.

  
  
• 
  

  Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an analytical laboratory setting.

  
  
• 
  

  Previous experience in Quality Control / GMP environments is preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  Preferred experience with physico-chemical test methods of oligonucleotides; alternatively, experience with physico-chemical test methods of oligosaccharides or proteins.

  Strong ability to write clear technical documents and provide effective presentations.

  Ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
