The opportunity

The Manager of Enterprise Applications is an experienced manager of M365 and Power platforms reporting to the AVP, Cloud and System Services. You will oversee the M365 Platform and Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. You will oversee a small team of engineers while being technically hands-on. You will be Remote in this position with occasional need to travel to our headquarters in Manchester, NH. #LI-Remote.

What you'll do:

  • You will ensure that M365 and Power Platform tools are deployed and maintained. This includes managing updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our tools run smoothly.
  • You will develop unique applications on request and provide support for citizen development within the platform. Help with business automation projects using Power Automate.
  • You will promote the use of M365 and Power Platform tools within the organization and providing training and guidance to users. This could involve creating documentation, conducting workshops, and offering one-on-one support.
  • You will collaborate and partner with other departments to understand their needs and provide solutions using M365 and Power Platform tools. Offering consultation and guidance on best practices for using these tools.
  • You will provide cross training within the team for balanced workloads and career growth paths.
  • You will create workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  • You will implement a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE): Developing and running a CoE to monitor and manage the Power Platform environment. The CoE should include dashboards and reports using Power BI to track usage, audit access, and provide visibility into the apps, flows, and makers.
  • You will ensure the security and compliance of M365 environment and Power Platform solutions. Including setting up governance processes, monitoring platform activity, and ensuring that only authorized users have access to build and share apps and flows,

What we're looking for:

  • 6+ years experience in a technology team.
  • 4 + years of experience with M365 and/or Power Platform tools.
  • 3+ years experience leading a team of technology professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and the broader M365 platform. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks is also crucial
  • Familiar with software architecture principles, database design and data structures, software development lifecycles, common standards, project methodologies, and best practices.
  • Vendor management experience is necessary.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a team of IT professionals.
  • Understanding of security and compliance practices related to M365 services. This includes monitoring platform usage, auditing access, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Experience with new technologies and changing priorities. This includes staying updated with the latest developments in M365 services and implementing new functionalities.

Additional experience with:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • ITIL v3, v4
  • Experience using PurView

Compensation

The annual pay range for this position is $91,388.00 - $146,247.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $100,983.00 - $136,624.00.
