In this position you will be working with the Land development and property entitlements team, leading projects and meeting with municipalities and clients .

Have basic knowledge of drainage, sewer systems and roadway

Have managed New Land Development projects of residential communities, family homes, and amenities

Background/Qualifications:



  • 3 to 5 years of experience, particularly in project management in municipal utility districts (Mud Districts), and site design knowledge for commercial and residential development.



  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification in Texas.



  • AutoCAD, Drawing experience



  • Capability to independently manage projects and lead meetings with clients.



  • Demonstrable ability to transition from client meetings to design implementation.




Salary/Compensation Structure:



  • Ideal starting salary range: $80,000 to $110,000.



  • Bonus offered as well as benefits to include 401K match.
