In this position you will be working with the Land development and property entitlements team, leading projects and meeting with municipalities and clients . Have basic knowledge of drainage, sewer systems and roadway Have managed New Land Development projects of residential communities, family homes, and amenities Background/Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience, particularly in project management in municipal utility districts (Mud Districts), and site design knowledge for commercial and residential development. Professional Engineer (PE) certification in Texas. AutoCAD, Drawing experience Capability to independently manage projects and lead meetings with clients. Demonstrable ability to transition from client meetings to design implementation. Salary/Compensation Structure: Ideal starting salary range: $80,000 to $110,000.
