Senior Associate Scientist

Job Type: Contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible 8-hour shift (8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM)

We are seeking an Associate Scientist / Senior Associate Scientist to join our Process Science Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong chemistry focus with expertise in purification, analytical chromatography, and small molecule analysis. This role involves hands-on laboratory work, including HPLC chromatography, LCMS analysis, and method development. Experience with DNA/RNA synthesis is a plus.

• Conduct purification and chromatography techniques, including HPLC and analytical chromatography.
• Perform LCMS analysis for small molecules and contribute to method development.
• Work with process development scientists to optimize workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and results in accordance with lab protocols.
• Troubleshoot and optimize analytical techniques for improved process efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process development initiatives.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on lab experience in chemistry-focused roles.
• Proficiency in HPLC chromatography, analytical chromatography, and LCMS for small molecules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience with DNA/RNA synthesis is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
