Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Account Manager in our Americas Escrow Team. As the Client Service Escrow Account Manager, you will provide agency services on a diverse portfolio of Reinsurance/Insurance Trust, M&A Escrow, Margin Loans, and other capital market transactions. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients and will be responsible for managing their Reinsurance/Insurance and Escrow needs.

What You'll Do

  • Manage diverse range of transactions for international and domestic clients; varying in complexity; roles include reinsurance/insurance trustee, securities intermediary, and escrow agent; manage deal closing processes including KYC, legal review, and post-closing requirements
  • Responsible for day-to-day management and support of escrow solution transactions, consisting of primary insurance trust
  • Manage the client lifecycle end to end from early client implementation and maintenance of transaction; participate in routine client calls and attend industry events and conferences; effectively interface with internal and external counsel, as well as Transaction Management Group (TMG), Sales, Operations, Business Risk and Control, and Compliance; responsible for deepening client relationships and expanding retentive business
  • Approve transactions as required by the legal documents and agreements (investment and cash flow execution via various systems); review compliance items received to determine that they are in good order
  • Ensuring that all weekly and monthly MIS is reviewed, approved/completed (CTC Reviews, Ticklers, Terminations, DMS Events & Overdrafts); participate in designated special projects as required
  • Timely escalation of relevant matters to team leaders and/or product head; ability to effectively manage priorities while balancing competing demands and deadlines; ability to work autonomously while making well informed decisions and seeking guidance whenever necessary

Skills You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business and relevant experience in Reinsurance/Insurance Trust and Escrow
  • Experienced Client Service Specialist with Corporate Trust or Global Transaction Banking experience; experienced in reinsurance trust accounts daily activity management
  • Results-oriented team player who collaborates with others to drive optimal outcomes; effective risk manager, demonstrating the ability to understand and balance internal risk with external client needs
  • Excellent client service orientation, with established experience on insurance/reinsurance structures and working with insurance clients
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $140K to $217K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
