LTS Financial Reporting Lead
The Financial Reporting Lead will work independently using knowledge of commercial lending operations and data to ensure information needs are met in a concise, accurate and timely fashion and will evaluate reporting requests with business partners and other stakeholders to provide solution options. The Reporting Lead will also serve as a guide and decision maker in the delivery of the business unit's reporting services.
Position Responsibilities:
- Consults with stakeholders to develop & document business and system requirements for the development of reporting.
- Coordinate thematic analysis of data requests providing insights & recommendations that are actionable to business process owners.
- Monitors execution of procedures and process to ensure alignment with estalbished data reporting standards and policies.
- Provide report creation and delivery services of Commercial Lending and Trade data for a variety of purposes including financial, regulatory and managerial reporting.
- Serve as team decision maker for new reporting requests, reporting processes, and related projects.
- Serve as Reporting Subject Matter Expert on data use, data available, reporting tools and relevant system applications.
- Manage the internal business unit reporting relationships to provide value-added analytics and reporting to facilitate risk monitoring and process efficiencies.
- Provide guidance to team members during evaluation of new requests from business partners regarding scope, design, and delivery of reporting.
- Drive collaboration and represent business unit with enterprise stakeholders ensuring alignment with strategic and operational direction.
- Ensure business unit's controls are operating effectively and recommend improvements in other areas of operations based on data analytics performed independently.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited university is required in Accounting, Finance or MIS or 4 years of experience
- 10 years of related experience in financial reporting, managerial reporting, data mining and/or data analytics
- 5 years of experience utilizing reporting software & tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Power Apps, Monarch) and knowledge of SQL/VBA
Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

For candidates hired in the state of California the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently:
- California - $100,000 - $187,500 Annually
