Business Job Title: Data Analyst Intern

Job Summary:

• The Data Analyst Intern will work closely with Sales Incentive Program Analyst on key projects to provide value to the sales operations of Broan-NuTone. The role will focus on providing assistance in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights into sales performance and make actionable recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Support the maintenance and implementation of the sales incentive program
• Collaborate with the sales teams to understand their needs and provide analytical support
• Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and incentive program effectiveness
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve sales processes and strategies

Job Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business, math, technology or related field
• Ability to work 40/week during the summer
• Experience with Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Power BI a plus
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
