As the Chief Technology Officer, you will lead, manage and provide oversight of the plan, design, development, implantation and maintenance of the Bank's system-wide information system, while additionally evaluating technology platform and capacity requirements to ensure interim, short and long-term business requirements and objectives are being addressed. You will work closely with executive management to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support technology solutions for all aspects of the Bank while maintaining responsibility for Information Security such as network security, threat vulnerability management, security application, and security policy. Additionally, Enterprise Technology Directors are expected to engage staff development through leadership, mentoring and training, lead staff and consult in establishing priorities, manages resources and directing toward a common goal, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.
