Distribution Clerk

We're expanding and have an exciting opportunity for two Distribution Clerks to join our weekend logistics team! As we move into a brand-new, top-of-the-line warehouse, we're looking for motivated individuals to help manage inventory and keep things running smoothly. • Friday-Sunday 5:30AM-5:30PM
• Friday-Sunday 5:30PM-5:30AM

Responsibilities

• Verify and process incoming shipment documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Update inventory records in our Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) to keep things running seamlessly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth deliveries.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Update order statuses and inventory in WMS to keep everything up-to-date.
• Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Generate reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager as needed

Requirements:

• Previous clerical or administrative experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Blue Yonder WMS or similar systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and filing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
