Compensation Range: $120K-$160K

What You'll Do



  • Supports and drives operational excellence in the company's core strategies for the Vertical Market and Global and Enterprise Accounts.
  • Manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of Integrated Project Management Team activities including, but not limited to, the following: operations/manpower planning, qualifying potential business, operational review of proposals and bookings.
  • Overall responsibility for the execution of the Integrated Project Management Team. This includes the leading and managing Operations Supervisors. These Operations Supervisors are responsible for the purchasing, project coordination/logistics, project scheduling, project management and project close out for VM/G&E customers. These customers may have various support components, small single projects that makeup a large program spanning over thousands of sites on an annual basis; medium to large projects that span over multiple CTCs and sites; includes the support of Business as Usual (BAU) projects, where the projects SOW varies by site.
  • Responsible for the financial execution of projects to ensure change orders are clearly documented and proposed to the customers.
  • Collaborate with the VM&GE Leadership team to strategically plan the evolution of the IPM Team, implementing a long-term approach to enhance customer support operations, elevate customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
  • Review, analyze, and evolve the IPM business processes to enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and align with organizational goals.
  • Project Revenue Managed: Greater than total of $100 Million. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.



What You'll Need



  • Excellent management skills related to Project Management.
  • Customer Focus - Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the customer.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Strong financial analytical skills including cost control.
  • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 8-10 years operations, service or field or project management



  • Previous project supervisory


  • Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
