Responsibilities Job Summary This position will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations within ICP. The position plays a key role in ensuring the financial health and stability of ICP by providing financial guidance and managing day-to-day financial activities which can include some or all the following Budgeting, Forecasting and Planning Manage the ICP annual budget process, working closely with the business to develop annual budgets. Creating financial models for future business planning decisions in area such as new services, new provider opportunities and new payer partners. Partner with senior leaders in developing long-term financial plans. Provide continuous improvement guidance for all finance related functions within ICP. Financial Operations Management Manage and mentors finance professionals. Support and model a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, clinical quality, patient safety, service excellence, fiscal responsibility, and the overall patient experience. Build and support effective collegial relationships with physicians, leaders and peers across the network to enable an environment of proper financial governance. Maintains collaborative spirit and fosters strong partnering relationships. Financial Reporting and Analysis Gather, interpret and evaluate financial and key metrics impacting financial performance. Prepare and present key financial metrics and indicators. Provide insights on financial performance and trends. Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to support long-term initiatives.
Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree Required Experience 6 years of Accounting/Analytics and/or Payor based reimbursement experience Required 3 years in Healthcare based experienced Required |
