$3.00 per hour perfect attendance bonus to be paid out weekly

Shipping Lead Person responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Fork-Truck operation in congested areas
• Safe overhead storage placement
• Monitor and maintain all required paperwork
• Daily rotation of product
• Unload boxes that weigh 60 to 100 pounds on a daily basis
• Communication of product details to supervisors, appropriate individual
• Follow National Beef safety, food safety, and standard operating procedures as well as good manufacturing practices and requirements; including fork-truck operations and lockout/tag-out procedures
• Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment
• Follow company's training
• Other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.

Qualified candidates for the Shipping Lead Person position should possess the following:

• Ability to operate a fork-truck

• Safe fork-truck driving record with previous employers
• Previous leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
• Ability to read, write and speak English
