As the Senior Manager, Reporting & Technology - Order-to-Cash, you will oversee the systems and analytics that support our global Order-to-Cash operations. This role provides the opportunity to lead technology initiatives, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive process improvements that impact our financial and business performance.

Work Mode:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of global technology platforms and reporting tools for the Order-to-Cash global team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with business processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting and technology platforms.
  • Manage a team of technology and reporting professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting tools and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for technology platforms, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technology and reporting, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.



Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technology management, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading and managing technology and reporting teams.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with global technology platforms and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Maximum Salary: $243000

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
