Overview TierPoint is seeking an Operations Specialist who will play a vital role in providing high quality customer service and supporting internal and external communication. Ideal candidates will have experience providing customer service in general receptionist/administrative duties. In this role you will have the opportunity to act as a point of contact for clients and assist with coordinating meetings both internally within different departments and with external clients. As well as monitoring security cameras. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, independently with minimal direction while escalating urgent issues appropriately to senior staff. An understanding of your role as it relates to the functioning of day-to-day operations will also be critical. Responsibilities
