Top Reasons to Work at Bimbo Bakeries USA: $15.24 per hour Base Pay + Commission Full benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan Schedule: Mon - Tue - Thur - Sat; Split days off (Wednesday and Sunday). Start time: 2:00 am. What You Will Be Doing: Train Route Sales Professionals in all aspects of route operations including ordering, distribution, merchandising, and promotions. Communicate with all Route Sales Professionals to help them understand customer and consumer expectations. Assist account teams in communicating promotional activity, delivery expectations, and growth opportunities. Ensure product distribution meets customer satisfaction according to contract terms. Assist with accounts and customer relations, including selling new products and gaining space/positions. Provide route support as needed. Solicit new business and perform special projects. Market BBU as a leader in the baking business to aid in recruiting. Other duties may be required as assigned by the Supervisor. Position Requirements: Position Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card. Ability to lift 25-50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to handle confidential information with complete integrity.
