This role combines driving strategic acquisitions to close with leading their seamless integration into our company. It emphasizes hands-on execution, managing everything from finalizing deals to aligning operations, cultures, and technology systems. The position works closely with the Corporate Development and M&A team, leveraging specialized expertise inhealthcare SaaS to strengthen our capabilities in both deal execution and integration.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive final stages of negotiations and closings for healthcare SaaS acquisitions, collaborating with the Corporate Development/M&A team and mitigating transaction risks.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans across operations, HR, finance, and technology to ensure seamless post-merger transitions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing integration strategies with minimal business disruption and track KPIs to measure success, adjusting as needed.
  • Standardize key business processes across organizations to enhance efficiency and drive cultural alignment, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee strategic alignment of technology platforms, ensuring data migration supports business objectives while maintaining security and integrity.
  • Ensure all integration activities comply with healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and industry best practices.
  • Serve as the primary contact for deal execution and integration, keeping stakeholders informed and resolving challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with acquired company leaders to foster collaboration and a successful transition

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $187,800.00 to $348,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
