We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team on a 6 month contract with the potential for a conversion to a full-time employee pending performance and business need. The Recruiter is responsible for managing experienced level recruiting functions across several Myers and Stauffer offices. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-caliber candidates from across the country. Essential Functions:
- Full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing candidates, phone screens, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, scheduling and facilitating interviews, negotiating
- offers, and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes
- Focus will be primarily on Healthcare Consulting, Information Technology, and Accounting positions
- Open new requisitions and maintain job postings on third-party sites
- Develop sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
- Partner with managers to identify needs, job specifications, and qualifications to fill positions
- Represent Myers and Stauffer brand through communication with applicants and candidates
- Maintain clear understanding of hiring needs
- Partner with recruiting team to develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels
- Maintain candidate database
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 1 years of experience preferred or High School or GED with 3 years of recruiting experience
- Working knowledge of the public accounting or a professional services firm is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally
- Ability to handle HR information and data both confidentially and sensitively
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience building relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
The Team: Myers and Stauffer takes pride in the welcoming and collaborative culture we have throughout our offices. For this position, the employee will report to one of our Managers on the Human Resources team. Work Style: Our general business hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, but can vary based on business needs. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after the initial training period.
