Supply Chain Planning Assistant

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Assistant to help us maintain accurate inventory levels, manage transactions, perform cycle counts, purchase non inventory items and support annual inventories. You'll partner with internal groups to advance our inventory controls with continuous improvement additions, improving inventory accuracy & being flexible to fill in as needed to support all Supply Chain Team members. As our next Supply Chain Planning Assistant, you must have strong math skills and effective oral and written communication skills, be a strong problem solver, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team and be adaptable to quickly changing conditions. This role is key member of our Supply Chain team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work Order Management:

• Utilize JDE to run open Work order reports.
• Work order closing process - running reports/research issues to resolve all open items.
• Create/provide Work orders to production lines as needed.

Transaction Process Management:

• Transactions of raw materials such as wood, poly, reclaim, shell stock & other components.
• JDE transactions to support inventory accuracy.

Inventory Control Support:

• Daily/monthly cycle counts, researching variances as needed.
• Assis tin all Annual cycle counts.
• Inventory & purchasing of packaging supplies.

EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma and 1-2 years of inventory experience is required for this role, but if you have strong math skills, effective oral and written communication skills, elevated concern for accuracy and attention to detail and intermediate Microsoft Office skills, we want to hear from you!

BASE SALARY RANGE: $24.00-31.00 per hour

The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual and/or sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
