Press/Slitter Operator Job Responsibilities: Setting up the press machine. Running the press machine. Perform routine maintenance. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all safety policies/procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience/Skills: Manufacturing experience preferred. Regular, punctual attendance. Mechanical background preferred. Basic computer skills - must be able to use computer for data collection. Basic mathematical skills. Read and comprehend English. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, squat, twist, reach, push, pull, & reach above shoulder height. All candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
