Avetta is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to spearhead the delivery of large-scale SaaS client programs, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless coordination across diverse stakeholders and departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Program Manager at Avetta, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities include:



  • Develop, implement, and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives to drive lasting impact.
  • Monitor and oversee multiple projects and teams, ensuring program goals are not just met but exceeded.
  • Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to meticulously plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong lines of communication with key stakeholders within both the client organization and Avetta, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
  • Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams, assess program strengths and weaknesses, and proactively identify areas for enhancement.
  • Engage directly with clients to discuss program status, deliverables, and address any project slippage, ensuring their expectations are not just met but exceeded.
  • Devise program improvements that enhance support for both the client and the business, making the program more sustainable and scalable.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for a high-caliber professional with:



  • PMP Certification and/or possess a college degree in a business or related field, or equivalent past job experience.
  • 5+ years of senior-level project management experience in a SaaS environment, with a track record of managing 3+ projects concurrently at a single company.
  • Comfortable working with distributed global teams, showcasing exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, internal stakeholders, and management.
  • Exhibit conflict resolution, problem-solving, and risk management skills to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Regular and predictive attendance.

At Avetta, we are committed to salary transparency to ensure equitable hiring practices and promote trust. The salary range included in this job posting is based on internal and market data and the role's responsibilities. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $135,000 per year, with a potential bonus.
