Reporting to the CEO of Optum Health, the Chief of Staff serves as the trusted voice and advisor to help the CEO determine, articulate, and execute the business vision, mission, planning, and strategies to achieve business goals and key strategic imperatives. The Chief of Staff proactively assumes responsibility for leading and executing on critical strategic initiatives and executive projects, responding to requests across the enterprise, and serving as a key contact and decision maker on behalf of the CEO as part of the Optum Health senior executive management team. This role works collaboratively across the executive leadership team, with leaders across the full UHG enterprise, and with other Chief of Staffs across the organization to align and synchronize overarching business initiatives and priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact, dynamic environment and in proactively identifying, and then moving quickly to action, on numerous key opportunities and deliverables simultaneously. The salary range for this role is $191,800 to $364,800 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
