As the Director of Belonging, you will contribute directly to DaVita's Employer of Choice mission. At DaVita, belonging is woven into our approach to culture, processes, programs and more. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment on the overall belonging strategy and priorities for DaVita, and embed this across the full teammate life cycle: from being a new teammate, to performance management, learning and development, compensation, the overall teammate experience and more. Additionally, to contribute to our overall multi-year objective of investing in teammates holistically, you will be asked to lead or participate in strategic projects across People Teams departments. These might include Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, culture projects, and more. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in strategy development, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including with our most senior executives. You will report within the People leadership team and work closely with various stakeholders across the company to drive our belonging strategy forward.
