SUMMARY The Boulevard digital marketing intern will work closely with Boulevard Brewing Company's brand and digital marketing teams during peak product launch period through the kick off to the key summer season. During which, they will gain hands-on experience supporting and contributing to digital marketing strategy including content creation while adhering to brand voice and guidelines, social media channel community management, consumer engagement, brand activation, and other special projects. The preferred candidate will live in the Kansas City region. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist digital and brand marketing teams in overall content strategy Create and schedule content for digital platforms including some photography, trend videos, memes, and copy for Boulevard and Quirk brand family social media accounts and websites, according to brand guidelines and creative direction Special projects as it relates to priority initiatives and brand activations Assist with execution of consumer sweepstakes prizing and influencer item fulfillment Assist in PR, influencer and media sample fulfillment Competitive activity and industry trend research Assist in content creation props procurement and event material inventory management Assist sales and marketing teams in special event execution, including activation set up and breakdown, consumer engagement and sampling Assist as needed on point of sale and promotional tools inventory management Special projects as it relates to priority brand initiatives, trade marketing and annual business planning Embrace the Duvel Moortgat values: Passion, Quality, Sustainability, & Integrity OTHER DUTIES Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Frequent stooping, bending, pulling, and pushing Ability to occasionally lift, carry and/or drag up to fifty (50) pounds if necessary Will work in various outdoor weather conditions, including frequent exposure to the cold, sun, and heat. Will be required to do light traveling around the Kansas City area.
