Global SDR Campaigns Manager (Inbound/Outbound)

Responsibilities We're looking for an experienced SDR Campaigns Manager to join our Sales Development team!

Reporting:

Global Head Sales Development, Global Sales

Location: North America (eastern time zone preferred)

SDR OUTREACH CONTENT STRATEGIST

  • Oversee the SDP Outreach library + content strategy for their geo/business unit.
  • Create Sequences, Templates, and Snippets to ensure high conversion rates and low unsubscribe rates.
  • Regularly audit content to keep messaging, links, and attachments up to date.
  • Manage libraries, collections, and smart views for SDR Outreach content.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to add relevant content, such as marketing snippets or whitepaper attachments.

TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

  • Coach on best proactive for SDR content writing, Outreach sequence structure, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategically work with geo-based and global SDR managers, + Marketing teams on broader team strategy.
  • Ensure the team follows proper cadence, generates high-quality content, and meets timelines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

SDR CAMPAIGNS STAKE HOLDER ALIGNMENT

  • Collaborate with demand marketing, field marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, take-off teams, sales, sales operations, and SDR leaders on campaign requests.
  • Manage the SDR outbound campaign calendar, prioritize campaigns, and update stakeholders.
  • Partner with the SDR Leadership team to ensure alignment and timely progress of deliverables.
  • Work with SDR Operations to target the right personas/accounts and improve campaign conversion rates QoQ.
  • Ensure inbound marketing leads have "Recommended Outreach Sequences" associated with them.
  • Create new/custom Outreach content with marketing teams when needed.

What We're Looking for

  • Required Qualities:
    • Strong operational command of the SDR tole, including the art and science of prospecting both deeply and widely.
    • Detail-oriented and creative mindset.
    • High proficiency in written communication skills.
    • Solid understanding of how SDR, Marketing, and Sales collaborate in an Account-Based Selling motion versus a velocity/high transaction model
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in managing or leading SDR teams.
    • Admin or SME (Outreach/Salesloft), SFDC, and LinkedIn SalesNav.

  • Range $80,000 Minimum - $90,000 Maximum plus bonus.

Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
