Position: Controller Location: Raleigh, NC Atextile manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and hands-on Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations. This key senior leadership role will oversee the company's financial management, reporting, and planning, with responsibilities spanning multiple subsidiaries and global operations. Position Overview: The Controller will be responsible for all accounting functions, financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting. This role requires a proactive individual with experience managing processes, navigating complex financial structures, and working in a fast-paced growth environment. The Controller will work closely with the leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and forecasts. Develop and manage a 12-week rolling cash flow forecast. Oversee all accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, payroll, and budgeting. Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls and financial procedures. Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes across all subsidiaries. Collaborate with global teams,including occasional travel to internationallocations. Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Partner with external accounting firms for audits, tax filings, and other regulatory compliance. Foster strong relationships with global vendors and external financial partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA highly preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience managing financial operations for organizations with multiple subsidiaries. Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit/compliance practices. Hands-on experience preparing financial statements and managing ERP systems (NetSuite experience required). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across departments.
