Position Summary: The Human Resources Manager is a key leader responsible for designing, planning, and implementing HR programs and policies that drive organizational success. This role ensures HR strategies align with business objectives, encompassing areas such as staffing, compensation, benefits, immigration, employee relations, training, and health and safety. She/he evaluates and refines HR processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, providing actionable insights to top management. Methode Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: MEI) is seeking a Human Resources Manager that oversees day-to-day HR operations, ensuring departmental milestones and budgets are achieved while maintaining compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. This role requires extensive knowledge of HR processes and includes full authority for personnel actions. Additionally, the HR Manager partners with business leadership and HR colleagues to develop workforce strategies, leads employee engagement initiatives, and fosters a positive workplace culture through proactive conflict resolution and change management. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
