Hiring a
Proposal Writer to spearhead the company's proposal and technical documentation efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical writing within the Data Center, Electrical infrastructure divisions or government proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development of comprehensive proposals for government contracts, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and business development, to gather and synthesize technical information.
  • Write, edit, and organize technical content, including project descriptions, technical specifications, and scope of work documents.
  • Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, from initial RFP analysis to final submission, ensuring high-quality and compelling content.
  • Develop and maintain templates, guidelines, and best practices for proposal and technical writing.
  • Review and edit documents for clarity, consistency, and accuracy, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to Data Center and Electrical infrastructure and government contracting.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior writers and other team members involved in the proposal process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on Data Center or Electrical infrastructure.
  • Proven experience leading the development of government proposals, with a strong understanding of the proposal process and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of government contracting regulations, including FAR/DFAR.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
