Job Description * Applications are accepted electronically ONLY at www.cu.edu/cu-careers * The First-generation and Multicultural (FaM) Project Manager will provide support in major aspects of the program related to direct student support, recruitment, retention efforts, employer relations, alumni relations, and more. In collaboration with the Executive Director of FaM and the FaM Program Manager, and the Administrative Associate Dean of Student Success, as well as other Student Success Directors, this position provides direct support to enhance student engagement and degree completion. This (FaM) Project Manager will provide equity-centered student support services when working with internal and external constituents, including FaM students' families, prospective students, alumni, faculty, staff, and industry partners. The FaM Project Manager develop and promote outreach and engagement activities for prospective FaM students and FaM alumni through in-person, remote, and social media outlets. Compensation and Benefits The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $64,730 - $67,960. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck. Qualifications you must already possess (Minimum Qualifications)
Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualification to possess (Preferred Qualifications)

Conditions of Employment Occasional work during the evening and/or weekends may be required. This position follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely or from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences. Working from the office is encouraged when working on tasks that require a high degree of collaboration.
